1. Acceptance of Terms

Vance Gate Repair Venice provides professional home services in Venice, CA and surrounding areas. All service offerings are subject to availability and to a professional assessment of site conditions before work begins.
Certain service requests coordinated through gaterepairvenice.com may be carried out by independent trade professionals or partner contractors who work in conjunction with Vance Gate Repair Venice. By requesting service, a customer acknowledges and agrees that their job may be completed by one of these coordinated professionals.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any services provided by Vance Gate Repair Venice shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA, and both parties consent to that venue.
5. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate provided by Vance Gate Repair Venice reflects the information available at the time it is given and is offered in good faith. 7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Vance Gate Repair Venice requests at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows the company to reallocate time to other customers and plan accordingly.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or upon scheduling confirmation.
