Signs Your Viking Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• Gate drags on the driveway or track. When a slide gate truck weld cracks, the leaf drops and starts riding on the track instead of the rollers. You’ll see gouging in the concrete or steel rail, and the motor will sound like it’s working harder than it should.
• Loud metal-on-metal grinding during travel. That’s the sound of a wheel truck bearing that’s seized or a guide roller that lost its weld and is now scoring the rail. In Venice, where coastal moisture gets into everything, we see bearing failure faster than inland.
